What is ISO9001?
It is one of the international standards established by ISO (International Organization for Standardization).
It specifies the requirements for establishing a QMS (Quality Management System) with the goal of assuring the quality of products and services and improving customer satisfaction.
As part of our efforts to respond to the need for change in response to changes in customer needs, we obtained ISO9001 certification in 2009.
Since 2008, we have been carrying out our business based on the ISO9001 requirements. For us, obtaining ISO9001 means improving organizational quality, and improving the quality of the services and products provided by the improved organization.
Through the proper operation and continuous improvement of the QMS, we will continue to strive to provide high-quality products and services and pursue further customer satisfaction.
