April 1983 Established JRC Engineering Co., Ltd. at the Mitaka Plant of Japan Radio Co., Ltd. in Mitaka, Tokyo, with capital of 10 million yen.		June 1968 Naganichi Electric Co., Ltd.'s predecessor, Misuzu Kogei Co., Ltd., was founded.
February 1986 Increased capital to 30 million yen		December 1987 Naganichi Denko Co., Ltd. was established with full investment from Nagano Japan Radio Co., Ltd. to expand the painting and communication electronic equipment adjustment and inspection departments.
May 1997 Increased capital to 90 million yen		July 1988 Naganichi Electric Co., Ltd. established an engineering department to advance into the software sector.
September 2000 Increased capital to 270 million yen to receive software outsourcing management services from Japan Radio Co., Ltd.		October 1994 Nagano Japan Radio Engineering Co., Ltd. was established to expand the software development department. The company was established in a building south of the Nagano Japan Radio Co., Ltd. site. The company started with 32 employees transferred from the Engineering Department of Naganichi Denko Co., Ltd. and 18 employees seconded from Nagano Japan Radio Co., Ltd. The company's capital was 10 million yen.
April 2002 Launched solutions business and established an office in Kitsunekubo, Mitaka City		March 2000 Increased capital to 20 million yen
August 2002 Established Tokyo office due to expansion of medical solutions business		April 2003 In order to expand business, we started doing business with customers outside the Japan Radio Group.
July 2007 Reduced capital to 90 million yen due to transfer of software outsourcing management business to Japan Radio Co., Ltd.		December 2014 With the completion of the Japan Radio Co., Ltd. Advanced Technology Center, the office was moved to the second floor of the same building.
July 2008 Chubu office established due to expansion of medical solutions business		April 2018 Merged with JRC Engineering Co., Ltd.
April 2015 Established Yamanashi office due to expansion of medical solutions business
August 2016 Head office relocated to MCC Mitaka Building in Mitaka, Tokyo
April 2018 Nagano Japan Radio Engineering Co., Ltd. is absorbed and the Nagano Office is established.
October 2020 Established Kawagoe office due to expansion of solutions business for Japan Radio Co., Ltd.
February 2024 Established Medical Ocean Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of our company.
